The construction scheme, &nbsp;which is developed in 19 Intervention Stages, mirrorize the number of prefab modules 7*28 meters large, in a height of 11.8, which give shape to the building. Non sono presenti case di cura ed assistenza minori ed anziani.&nbsp; Attualmente la ampia ed invidiata struttura termale risalente agli anni settanta, è chiusa per irrisolvibili querelle legali, lasciando memoria tangibile delle funzionalità che forniva e di cui si dichiara rimpianto smaccato. Il Polo sarà un plesso compiuto in quattro edifici connessi dalla piastra interrata ed invisibile, contenente i parcheggi. Il livello degli edifici ( 11 metri complessivi&nbsp; ft) è dettato dalla norma urbanistica, e dall’intento di destinare in volume ambientale l’ultimo livello di copertura. Il terreno su cui l’intervento si impianta, è ad oggi inedificato, fatto salvo un edificiorudere in pietra ad opus sacco, distanziato dalla strada tramite un originario muretto a secco. Ambedue le insistenze, di cui la seconda oggi riguardabile come patrimonio unesco, ricordano modalità costruttive tipiche ed attrattive della zona&nbsp; ( a otto kilometri di distanza, la immaginifica Certosa di Padula).&nbsp; sIperviene ad una ipotesi tipologica che tenga conto delle norme, del clima invernale rigido, e di centenari ulivi esistenti, che si decide di preservare, della illuminazione reciproca computata mediante programmi di analisi solare, della illuminazione singola degli ambienti in base alla loro destinazione di uso. Si configurano quattro stringhe che assorbono la capacità edificatoria del terreno mantenendo intatte le preesistenze naturalistiche più importanti, le aree parcheggio sono interrate, così lasciando un vasto parco aperto a designare le aree di uso pubblico. Il plesso comprenderà varie funzioni, disposte in base agli orientamenti ed a criteri di accessibilita’ fisico-cognitiva. Gli edifici appaiono come tizzoni di legno pietrificato, annerito, sospeso su volumi vetrati, dal colore cangiante. Riferimenti della cultura locale, ambedue. La natura dei segni deriva da un tecnicismo chiaro, che tiene ad una performance termica ottimale e a far evolvere la condizione esperenziale e degli utenti. La facciata è realizzata in sughero trattato e laminato in hpl, i vetri smart cangiano i cromatismi per adattarsi alle condizioni ambientali, ma anche per guidare le utenze. La struttura-natura dei piani di facciata e l’ uso del colore, anche del nero stesso, serve come catalizzatore per fauna aviaria ed è guidato da studi di ecoacustica. The conjugation of an optimum functionality and of the great simplicity and formal elegance of the pieces is finished, and made valuable, by the manufacture of each of them. The location of the project was Belo Horizonte, in Brazil. The request was to think about some cost effective method to artistically reuse the spaces which relay underneath different buildings called Buritis. The Buritis ( Stilt ) main characteristic it is given by the large forest of cement columnades which did allow to set these buildings&nbsp; on their very hilly ground. Off of some auspicable larger urban thinking, and due to the shortage of budget on forecast, we decided to deliver an idea of intervention base over the installation of movable colored ‘urban lens’, whose shape give actually them the sense of room separators, and which should be installed in the open permeable spaces thus confering to them the sense of wholely coloured spaces, just looking trough the lenses. The intervention Quartum Em Cores ( Room in colors)&nbsp; it is meant to be scalable in every different Stilt, as it comes clear by the competition brief that we wouldn’t necessarily allowed to put our eventual installation where we wanted, but where it will be considered the most feasible as possible. Our intention was to make a proposal which would not need so much theorical explanation in order to interact with the people, and which will be interacting with the place and its sourrounding in the same time, by demonstrating how an hawkward place must be turned out as an amazing, stimulating place just in few geastures. This way, we do a proposal which includes a round disk where to take sit or just to take place, and three giant coloured lenses which in the same time, does feed back a different view of the neighborhood and also, a different image of the building itself. The underused space underneath the stilt just turns out as a delightful place where everything may be seen in a different light, making true the Marc Augè happyness description, where we need to know ourself, to give ourselves to others. Conceptive landscape on abandoned seadrills The conceptional city does imagine of a system where offshore oil drills are ecofriendly reused, cladded by tensegrity skeletons in a giant scale, with no opaque mass, which will allow the growth of vertical greens choosen in those which are under exstinction risk. Currently there are more then hundreads of abandoned drills in places of primary importance. The ones reused will be joined by complementary floating communities will be equipped by aeroponics, greenhouses and peculiar germination rooms to readapt and distribute seeds with high nutritional power. The reused drillships will be producing electricity and clean air, thanking veil nets wrapped around the tensegre skeleton.We want the conceptive city 'to bring the bees back' in our ecosystem, to empower the biodiversity, and by that, to bring the the most various biodiveristies to the future. La città concezionale - concettuale immagina un sistema in cui le trivelle petrolifere offshore vengono riutilizzate in modo ecologico. Le costruzioni vengono rivestite da scheletri su scala gigante, strutture resistenti in tensegrità, senza massa opaca, che consentiranno la crescita di vegetazioni edibili verticali scelte principalmente tra &nbsp;i superfood naturali e tra quelle che sono in via di estinzione. Attualmente ci sono più di centinaia di piattaforme abbandonate in luoghi di primaria importanza. A queste piattaforme riutilizzate, verranno affiancate comunità galleggianti complementari che saranno rese autosufficienti da serre, colture areoponiche e particolari sale di germinazione per riadattare e distribuire semi con elevato potere nutrizionale. Le perforatrici riutilizzate produrranno elettricità e aria pulita, ringraziando lo stesso potere depuratore di specifiche piante. I just did not find it and i had to reply by being using those typical alphanumerical codes, which is correct and necessary, but just not effective, when it comes to presentations to clients . Then, I had my master degree done, i&nbsp; changed office and i started working in an architecture studio, which was my focus. This time , i come up being used as main person with urban development presentations, and did found brilliant the the just published Neubalt Catalogue, a book which was including an set of vectors representing many different silhouettes. This tool was so efficient and generous, and made it very fast,&nbsp; to be coming up with pictures which were very immediate, to communicate functions and objects, beside most technical tools. Years later, I had my own office, and I decided to use those same Neubalt catalogue vectors to show up the urban functions in one major competition, in order&nbsp; to be attending to the iperrealist renders by not being a common pictogram, but a real picture in silhouette.I actually won a large prize in that competition,and then in others, by using that method as graphic representetion way. Same time, the office has been often involved in hotels and restaurants furnishing and re-furnishing,a nd also in corporate bespoke design , where the knowledge of the different languages which the furnitures already represents, it comes as a fundamental point, same way the capability to test what’s already on the market, when someone ask the office for bespoke furniture design project . Here comes the silhouettes usability . Too many time i have just been blaming the fact that the young designers who come as interns,&nbsp; when it needs to draw a chair , are drawing just a simple unnamed&nbsp; chair. Same thing, some time, with the ones who are already employees. But I had to realize that i was pushing them hardly on demanding deadlines, so that they had to choose on to be tight on demand, or to be the most representive as they can, and those ones in them who did not owned such a great experience, they simply ended up falling down on basic representation methods, which does not fit with eye catching boards. This was just an enormous waste of time to the office, as when coming at moodboards, the guys just had to come be entitling new searches. I had to admit which was very difficult to distinguish in between the lack of time and the lack of knowledge and passion, and so I did decide that was time, to find an escamotage to cross the doubts and save time. So i did decide to give them the same tool i’ve been given, so much years before, by buying the Neuebalt Catalogue, and i started devloping the main iconic chairs silhouettes catalogues, also in order to test their real attitude.
